Hulk and Thor are too dumb to exploit this weakness. Batman would find out about this because he is a much more intelligent than Stark. Stark knows about technology that is it. Wayne has knowledge of about any subject you can think of. Ironman does not have a suit that can boost his intelligence. Batman has no weakness. That is why he would win.

May 17, 2008 - Yes he is human and so is Ironman. But Ironman is a weaker human because of his heart condition. Batman has no physical weakness to slow him down like Ironman has. Just because Ironman's suit is more powerful does not make him a better fighter. Batman has more weapons(Batman has a device to disable IM) more skill and more intelligence. Batman does not need armor to hide behind. The bigger the armor the harder Ironman falls. I like Ironman but Batman has the experience that Ironman does not have.

Once again Superman knows that the ONE person who can take him down IS Batman. Jul 14, 2008 - I like both characters, and I read both of their comics. Batman could beat Iron Man and Iron Man could beat Batman. It's a draw. For every arguement against Batman, they is a counter-arguement for him. And the same goes for Iron Man. Besides, you have to figure out all the details for said fight. Are they fighting in the DC or Marvel Universe? What are the said rules of the fight? What resources can they use? Once you figure all that out, then you can go off on who would beat who.
