Jun 6, 2008 - yeah I know he is the one with wings. I'm actually a DB-DBZ fan so I know. As to his location... if I recall correctly...it was on the last plane of the aerial part of the red ribbon army base. You can't miss it. ...you do know that you need the 7 dragon balls and then get his portrait ... in any order but you need those to unlock him.

Jul 15, 2008 - in the red ribbon army base Just before the boss battle, you will cross a bridge. Instead of taking the next one into the place with the boss battle, go to the place down that bridge, and you will find a capsule with the six stars dragon ball.
