Read for tutorial!!!I did it in daylight so it is a little easier to see but you still might want to watch it in high quality for when it gets dark at the end.How to do it:1. Drive or take a taxi to Helitour and jack a helicopter (you might want to do some of U.L. Papers missions so that you can get Helitour on your map without having to look for it)2.Look on your large map to see a very small island to the left of the Helitour. Drive there in the helicopter.3.Before you make it there, try to level off with the feet of the Statue of Happiness (big statue that looks like the Statue of Liberty) so that you don't have to struggle with descending.4. When you are leveled off and have made it to the statue's feet, jump off so that you land where the feet are placed. Not the ground where the pedestrians are walking.5. Once on the platform thing, run around looking at the doors until you find the door that has to signs on the side saying "No Hidden Content Here."6. You will not be able to open the door, however, you can just walk right through it!!!! :o7. When you walk through, you will see a big ladder. Climb up the ladder and you will have finally made it to the heart of Liberty City!!!!!!It is nothing special but it is still a neat easter egg.I did not discover this.
