January 2006 I turned 40.A big turning point in life,March 2006 I was diagnosed with none small cell lung cancer, I was told there was nothing that could be done as it had spread to three areas of the lung. This stage would normally be found in someone of an age 60-70 I was looking at a year to live. I insisted that they do something, so i was given chemotherapy. Thankfully that shrunk the tumours, In the August (2006) the surgeon removed most of my lung, during the treatment I had an MRI scan which reviled that I also had a brain aneurysm. I have stayed positive throughout, and I do feel it helps. All has gone well and 20 months later I look and feel better than ever.In Dec I am going into hospital to have surgery on my brain.I must however say a big thank you to ALL my fantastic family, and amazing bunch of friends for all their love and support. I am so grateful xxJust to update you all,The operation was succsessful.But they have found somethin else so got to go back,So far so good though.Hey.Had the news from the hospital it is an avm in the brain they have found.suppose that means more surgery,but i'm still here so what the heck.Started doing a course on photoshop having a great time and met some really good peoplebeen to a few concerts and took some photos that i will upload.
